This Agreement will enter into force and will remain in force for up to one year from the last invoice issued to the User. Terms that by their nature extend beyond termination will survive the termination of this Agreement. Failure to comply with the terms of this document will result in automatic termination of the account. You agree to stop using all services at the end of your account. MyRubric reserves the right to refuse or discontinue participation in front of any user at any time in its sole discretion. One year after the last invoice issued to the User, MyRubric will allow access to your data for a period of 30 days after the end, but reserves and states that you are not legally obliged to do so.

Price And Methods Of Payment

MyRubric offers a free account option. MyRubric reserves the right to change your free account structure or cancel free accounts at any time.

The prices of the products and / or services offered on the website are indicated in euros. The User is informed that these changes will not affect orders and purchases in respect of which the buyer has already received an order confirmation.

Payment for the contracted products and / or services may be made as follows:

Purchases made by individuals or legal entities in non-EU countries will be exempt from VAT.

Returns

In accordance with the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, approved under Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 16 November, myrubric.com pays special attention to the protection of consumer rights.
